物化性能

三乙烯二胺(TEDA)常態(tài)為無色或白色晶體,暴露在空氣中易吸濕潮解并結(jié)塊,呈堿性,能吸收空氣中的CO2并發(fā)黃。易溶于丙酮、苯及乙醇。純TEDA毒性很小,吸入飽和的三乙烯二胺(TEDA)蒸汽會引起輕微的黏膜刺激,對眼睛有損害,刺激皮膚會引起過敏癥。

三乙烯二胺TEDA)是一種雙雜環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)的叔胺催化劑,主要用于生產(chǎn)聚氨酯泡沫的凝膠催化劑,廣泛用于軟質(zhì)、半硬質(zhì)、硬質(zhì)聚氨酯泡沫塑料、彈性體,此外三乙烯二胺(TEDA)還可用作環(huán)氧樹脂固化催化劑、乙烯聚合催化劑、丙烯腈聚合催化劑乙基環(huán)氧乙烷烴聚合催化劑以及農(nóng)藥的引發(fā)劑和無氫電鍍添加劑等。
